Garlic Honey Chicken Meatballs
Have you ever had a very specific craving? That is how this recipe came about. One day I was dying for some Garlic Honey Chicken and was determined to get it. I utilized what I had in the fridge and whipped up a recipe that is sure to be a crowd favorite. These meatballs pair great with rice, or set out with some toothpicks for a great appetizer!

Garlic Honey Chicken Meatballs
These tangy meatballs pair great over a bed of rice or serve as an appetizer for your next function.

Ingredients
- 23 oz Chicken Meatballs (could make your own or use premade)
- 2 Tb Butter
- 3 Tb Minced Garlic
- 1 Tb Apple Cider
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2-3 Tb of flour to thicken sauce (if needed)
- Add veggies of choice: onion, cucumber, broccoli.. etc
Instructions
- Heat pan and brown the meatballs
- Add butter, onion and minced garlic
- Once fragrant add vinegar, soy sauce, and honey
- If sauce is runny, add flour to thicken the sauce
- Throughly mix and serve over rice
