Easy 10-min Stir Fry

This stir fry is quick, easy, and packed with veggies! I love to serve it on a night when you have no clue what to eat.

Best part? It can be whipped up in just 10 minutes!

The vegetables can be traded out for anything you have in your fridge or freezer, and the spice level can be adjusted to the audience it is served to- just add more or less red pepper flakes. Don’t hesitate to get creative with this versatile recipe!

Easy 10-min Stir Fry

Easy 10-min Stir Fry

A quick and nutritious stir fry that is packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package of “Healthy Noodles”
  • 8 oz Ground Turkey
  • 1 1/2 cup Stir Fry Vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tb Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tb Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tb Minced Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 Tb Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the noodles thoroughly and set aside to dry
  2. Mix the ingredients of the sauce in a medium bowl- set aside
  3. Cook ground turkey until done and no pink is left
  4. Add veggies and cook until tender
  5. Mix sauce into turkey and veggies
  6. Stir occasionally and heat together on low until sauce is warmed- enjoy!
